Hi there, for me it doesn t work. When I instal port explorer next time system crashed, stoped working during startup.

I had to deinstal port explorer.

but, when I add 3Dmax in NOD32 as program that wouldnt be controled by NOD32 everything goes pretty well….

So check out your antivir firewall etc program enable 3Dmax aplication ….or disable checking…

Hi emalik,

Probably a stupid question on my part, but I am finding that when I delete the CYMK channels, photoshop asks “flatten visible layers and discard hidden layers?” If I click OK then of course my duplicate layers are merged into one background and I effectively loose the information in the original image. Thus, when it comes time to apply the new panatone colours to the image the program does not source the original colours and I get something very strange indeed.

I can’t see any way to disable this and I suspect that I’m missing something in the “duplicate image/layers” portion of your tutorial.

Any suggestions? Anyone?

Thank you for above. It’s exactly what I tried to find.

But I have a trouble while following your advice above. As your recommend, I specified 300 ppi for my document but because what I am trying to make is icon, it should be displayed on screen which has only 72 ppi. When I resize image from 230 X 230 pixels to 23 X 23 pixels, and change resolution from 300 ppi to 72 ppi as my last task before save file into disk, the size of final image shrinks too small.

Am I doing wrong anything?
Am I supposed to make my document with 72 ppi from very beginning?
